Open Mat Time Please feel free to come in during these times and use the weight area or another open mat area of the gym Monday         4:30pm – 8:00pm Tuesday        9:30am-10:30am & 4:30pm – 8:00pm Wednesday  4:30pm – 8:00pm Thursday      9:30am-10:30am & 4:30pm – 8:00pm Friday         5:30pm-7:00pm Saturday       9:30am-12:00pm

An average of 2 day a week or more is necessary commitment for martial arts growth!
